Image: The Microbiology Department is pleased to announce that we have five Summer Research Grant recipients! Our congratulations go out to Lindsay Berardi of Starai Lab, Chris Noble-Molnar of Terns Lab, Amy Siceloff of Shariat Lab, Jared Smith of Shariat Lab, and Rochelle Yap of Lewis Lab. The Graduate School offers competitive grants for doctoral students from any discipline to conduct research related to their dissertations. Funds may be requested for equipment , supplies, software, data collection or analysis activities, and other operating costs associated with conducting the research. Funds may also be used for specialized training opportunities that will enhance specific dissertation research activities. Way to go Lindsay, Chis, Amy, Jared and Rochelle!
